For the sweethearts among you, today I have once again a super simple recipe. However, you must forgive me if I have no vegan, gluten & lactose-free varieties to my recipes. You can then change the recipe yourself. 😀
For approximately 15 balls you need:
250g of curd
50g sugar – yes, 2x sugar 😉
200ml sour cream or creme fraiche
Prepare the dough from 6 eggs, 120g sugar and 180g flour and bake at 180°. Let the finished biscuit stand for a day and then crumble.
The 250g curd, 50g sugar, 200g sour cream, 300ml stiff whipped cream, 1/8l Amaretto (if you like more, too 🙂 ) and mix with the biscuit crumbs. The “muddy” dough can then be formed into balls and rolled into coconut flakes.
Before you eat the snowballs, you have to put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Oh, but for diabetics, the recipe is also not suitable. 😀
